How to Start a Return (RMA)
Starting a return is very simple thanks to our dedicated portal. Follow these steps:
Select Return Type
Choose whether the product is Defective or if it is a Wrong Purchase.
Find Your Order
Choose the order number and the specific product you want to return.
Submit Evidence
Describe the defect and attach photos or demonstration videos to complete your request.
Pickup & Timing
We know how important it is for you to return the repaired smartphone to your customer as quickly as possible. For this reason, we manage requests daily to avoid any waste of time.
Daily Processing
Although standard practice indicates a window of up to 10 business days, processing is immediate and constant.
Home Pickup
We will organize the pickup via express courier at our expense for defective products.
Technical Verification & Solution
As soon as the replacement part arrives at our facility, it is inspected by our technicians. Once the defect is confirmed, you can choose between an immediate refund or a voucher.
Important Return Conditions
To ensure the acceptance of your return, please respect these simple rules:
- Products must be returned with protective films and original adhesives intact.
- We do not accept parts with signs of use, glue, or tampering.
- Always test the replacement part before final installation.
- For Wrong Purchases, the request must be received within 15 days of the order.
Returns for Wrong Purchases & Restocking Fees
Since these are precision electronic components, every return for a "wrong purchase" or "change of mind" requires a rigorous technical inspection process to verify that the part has not suffered short circuits or damage during installation attempts.
Companies / Repair Professionals
Returns for wrong purchases are not required by law. However, 5G-M may, at its sole discretion, accept the return.
Private Customers
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. The product must be returned intact, unused, and with original seals.
